Prior to taking the bench, Jack was in the private practice of law for 25 years practicing mainly in the areas of criminal law, family law and civil law. He was then appointed Special Judge in Canadian County in 2007 and served in that capacity for 11 years with a criminal, family and civil docket. In 2018, Jack was elected District Judge for Canadian County and served in that capacity for four years with a general jurisdiction docket with cases from all areas of the law. He retired from the bench in 2022.
