Trusts

Bass Law has extensive experience with the administration of all types of trusts. We can assist trustees to adhere to both the terms of the trust they are administering and to the applicable laws governing their actions as trustees. Bass Law also represents both trustees and beneficiaries during disputes over the proper management of a trust.
