American College of Trial Lawyers
Fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers is limited to only those trial lawyers who are unquestionably and eminently qualified, in addition to being regarded as the best in their state. Qualifications must include high ethical and moral standards, as well as excellent character. Fellowship is extended by invitation only and is limited to no more than 1% of the total lawyer population of any state. Consideration for Fellowship also requires lawyers must be actively engaged in trial work as their principal activity for a minimum of 15 years.

American College of Trust & Estate Counsel
The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) is a national organization of elite lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors. Membership in ACTEC is by election of the regents of the College following a careful review by both state and national membership selection committees.
