- Represented multiple mineral owners in lawsuit against multiple leasehold owners to cancel oil and gas leases holding 350+ mineral acres in large Woodford shale field

- Acted as general counsel and performed royalty accounting for oil and gas well operator

- Represented Marine charged with first degree murder in case involving multiple forensic science experts and sophisticated demonstrative evidence
- Represented Marine drill instructor charged with homicide in the drowning death of a fellow drill instructor
